Are you a highly skilled IT professional ready to take the next step in your infrastructure career? We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to join this dynamic and forward-thinking IT team.
In this pivotal role, you will provide high-level infrastructure support across the group, ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of their IT systems. You’ll work on resolving complex technical issues, managing installations and upgrades, and contributing to the design and continuous improvement of core IT platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure and maintain both on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure
- Serve as a technical escalation point for 1st and 2nd Line Support Engineers
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure incidents and perform root cause analysis
- Support a wide range of systems including Exchange, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, VMware, and core networking
- Lead on system upgrades, patch management, capacity planning, and performance tuning
- Develop and maintain automation scripts (e.g. PowerShell) to streamline operations
- Partner with our Cyber Security team to strengthen system defenses and remediate vulnerabilities
- Support disaster recovery and business continuity planning
- Collaborate on infrastructure strategy and deliver technical input for projects

Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong background in enterprise infrastructure support and engineering
- Experience in multi-site or regulated environments
- Professional certifications (Microsoft, VMware, CompTIA, ITIL) are highly desirable
- Excellent problem-solving, planning, and communication skills
- Proven ability to deliver infrastructure projects from start to finish
