This is a new opportunity for an experienced Legal Secretary to join a top UK law firm within their credible Residential Development team. The team provides Commercial Property expertise across a wide variety of Residential developers and landowners and will offer strong exposure across national and international transactions.

In this key role, you can expect to:

  • Provide secretarial / administrative support to a team of fee earners.
  • Produce and amend various documents (to include audio typing).
  • Proof-read and process forms, including new client forms, new matter forms, money laundering forms etc.
  • Photocopy and scan as required.
  • Handle incoming enquiries via telephone, email and directing as necessary.
  • Schedule deeds and documents.
  • Manage diaries.
  • Produce monthly client reports.
  • Process expenses claims, payment requisition forms and returned advances.

Candidates will hold recent / current experience supporting a busy property team.
