IT Infrastructure Engineer

Norwich

£34,000 + Excellent Benefits

We are on the lookout for a talented IT Infrastructure Engineer to become a key player in our dynamic IT team. You’ll be instrumental in supporting and maintaining the companies IT infrastructure, ensuring our operations run smoothly and securely. From cloud services to server management, networking to security, your skills will help drive the club’s success both on and off the pitch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain servers, networking, security, storage, and cloud services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues with a methodical and organised approach
  • Collaborate effectively across departments, building relationships and providing key IT support
  • Prioritise tasks and manage workflows independently and efficiently
  • Work flexibly, including home matchdays and occasional out-of-hours maintenance windows

Skills Required:

  • Windows Server
  • Microsoft Hyper-V for virtualisation
  • Aruba networking solutions (Switches, ClearPass, Central, AirWave)
  • FortiGate firewalls
  • Microsoft technologies including Azure/Entra, Active Directory, and Group Policy
