Atkinson Moss are currently recruiting for a part time HR Assistant to join a Norwich based organisation on a 3 month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to further develop their HR career within a busy and supportive environment. Working as part of the HR team, you will provide administrative support across a range of HR activities, helping to ensure the smooth running of day to day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support across the HR function
- Assisting with the administration and monitoring of employee absence records
- Accurately processing and inputting payroll information into the HR and payroll systems
- Managing the HR inbox and responding to queries in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining employee records and ensuring HR data is accurate and up to date
- Preparing HR documentation, including contracts, offer letters, and employee correspondence
- Acting as a first point of contact for HR related queries from employees and managers
- Supporting the delivery of HR initiatives, projects, and process improvements
About You:
- CIPD Level 3 qualified, studying towards CIPD Level 3, or able to demonstrate relevant HR experience
- Previous experience within an HR or administrative role
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a professional and approachable manner
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Able to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively
