Overview
Housing Administrator – Thetford, with travel to Diss and Bury St Edmunds. This is a temporary role with a salary of £14.08 per hour and an immediate start. Hybrid and flexible working available. Atkinson Moss is supporting the client in finding an organised and proactive Housing Administrator to join their team.
This is a varied administrative role supporting the smooth day-to-day running of services. Working as part of a friendly team, you will be responsible for maintaining records, coordinating appointments, liaising with customers and stakeholders, and ensuring systems and documentation are kept up to date. The opportunity would suit candidates with previous administration, office support or customer service experience who are looking for a varied role with flexibility and hybrid working.
Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to the wider team.
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.
- Coordinate appointments, visits and service-related documentation.
- Respond to customer enquiries and liaise with external stakeholders.
- Produce reports, correspondence and other documentation as required.
- Assist with compliance processes and the reporting of maintenance issues.
Essential Requirements
- Previous administration, office support or customer service experience.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle.
- Ability to obtain and maintain an Enhanced DBS check.
