Atkinson Moss Leadership have been engaged to support a growth seed business with a new appointment of a Fractional Finance Lead. This position would suit someone already working within the fractional space.
Salary range: £ to £125,000 FTE (approx £500 PAYE / £675 PSC)
Requirement: 1 day per week (preference onsite but open to hybrid)
Responsibilities:
- Provide the leadership team with ongoing analysis of the business financial position.
- Creation of processes and financial management as expected within early-stage growth businesses.
- Play a key role in strategic decision making.
Essential Experience:
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified
- Strong level of communication both written and verbal
- Excellent Leadership and interpersonal skills
- A willingness to roll up their sleeves and get hands on within an SME
- Previous experience as a CFO or FD within an SME
