Atkinson Moss are proud to be exclusively supporting a market leading, privately owned Norwich based business in their search for a Finance Manager. Working closely with the Managing Director, the successful applicant will have oversight for the company's finances, duties to include:
- Production of monthly management accounts pack
- Cashflow management and relevant reporting
- WIP calculations and margin analysis
- Maintenance of fixed asset register
- Manage contracts invoicing
- Manage the sales ledger and reconciling any discrepancies & raise sales invoices
- Reviewing debtors and ensuring strong cash position through credit control
- Inputting of purchase ledger and make supplier payments
- Producing monthly bank reconciliations
- Maintaining and improving finance systems
- VAT Returns
- Payroll for the company including pension administration
- Year-end accounts
