Atkinson Moss is currently recruiting for an Operations Coordinator to join our client, based in Diss, Norfolk. This is a great opportunity for an organised and proactive individual to play a key role in the smooth running of day-to-day operations, building strong relationships with clients and suppliers while working closely with internal teams.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating logistics and operational activities from start to finish
- Managing enquiries, preparing quotes and ensuring information is accurate
- Liaising with clients, suppliers and internal teams
- Coordinating schedules, travel arrangements and resources
- Monitoring ongoing operations and responding to any changes or issues
- Keeping internal systems, records and documentation up to date
- Processing operational paperwork and supporting invoicing
- Monitoring costs and helping to ensure jobs are delivered efficiently
- Supporting client relationships and business development activities
- Preparing regular operational reports
- Assisting with projects and other operational tasks as required
- Participating in an out-of-hours on-call rota once fully trained
The on-call rota provides operational cover outside of normal working hours and will typically include evenings and weekends. Full training and support will be provided before you join the on-call rota. Additional payment is provided for weekend on call.
