Job Description HR Administration Team Leader Contract: Permanent Atkinson Moss is delighted to be supporting a well-established organisation in Diss with the recruitment of an experienced HR Administration Team Leader. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional looking to take the next step in their career, combining team leadership with hands-on HR administration and process improvement. You’ll lead a team of 5-6 HR Administrators, overseeing the delivery of a high-quality HR service across the full employee lifecycle. You’ll also play a key role in developing the team, managing service levels, resolving complex queries and driving improvements across HR processes.
