Location: Outskirts of Norwich, Norfolk

Salary: £28,000 per annum

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Contract: Permanent

Working Pattern: Hybrid – 1 day working from home per week

Atkinson Moss is recruiting for a Customer Service Coordinator to join a well-established business on the outskirts of Norwich. This is a great opportunity for someone with customer service experience who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and providing an excellent level of service. Working within the Fuel team, you’ll be a key point of contact for Members, managing enquiries and orders, keeping customers updated and working closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries
  • Responding to customers via telephone and email
  • Processing and managing customer orders
  • Building strong customer relationships
  • Managing the team inbox and responding to queries promptly
  • Liaising with suppliers and internal teams
  • Resolving customer queries and issues
  • Keeping customer records accurate and up to date
  • Monitoring customer requirements and ensuring orders are placed when needed
  • Gathering feedback and supporting service improvements

About You

We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with customers and takes pride in providing a great service. You’ll ideally have:

  • Previous customer service or customer-facing experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A friendly, professional and approachable manner
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good problem-solving and organisational skills
  • The ability to manage multiple enquiries and prioritise effectively
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
  • A proactive and positive approach
