Atkinson Moss is delighted to be supporting a local Council based in North Norfolk in their search for a Senior Financial Accountant. As a qualified Accountant supporting the wider finance team, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Lead on annual budget setting
- Project manage the year end processes and closing of the annual accounts
- Lead external audit process
- Ensure the organisation responds to financial legislative changes
- Provide technical support to officers, members and external stakeholders
