Commercial Property Lawyer / Solicitor – Norwich This is a progressive opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer / Solicitor to join a modern and forward-thinking firm based in Norwich. This department has seen incredible success and now has the requirement for a commercially minded and ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor / Lawyer to join the team to enhance their expertise and offering. You will play a pivotal role in assisting a diverse client base and will handle a wide range of commercial property matters to include dealing with freehold and leasehold titles, drafting and negotiating contracts for sale, transfers, leases, and agreements for lease, acting for landlords and tenants and acquisition and disposal of commercial properties. This position will also see you playing a key role in networking and developing client relationships. Candidates will ideally hold 2 – 3yrs+ PQE and will be experienced in overseeing their own caseload.
