Accounting Supervisor / Management Accountant in Bungay, Suffolk

Job Description Are you an experienced Management Accountant looking for a role where you can make an immediate impact? We are looking for a hands-on and commercially minded Management Accountant to join a growing business on a temporary basis. This is a varied role, ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with senior management team, getting into the detail and helping to improve the way finance supports the wider business. Main Duties: Producing accurate management information and financial reporting for both internal and external stakeholders Supporting the preparation of budgets and financial plans alongside the Leadership Team Helping to develop and maintain an effective forecasting process Managing the finance timetable and ensuring key reporting deadlines are met Creating clear, meaningful financial reports that give the business useful insight Working with non-finance stakeholders to help them understand financial performance, budgets and variances Monitoring actual expenditure against budgets and supporting income planning Managing supplier and contractor queries, invoices and purchasing activity Reconciling financial information across different systems and platforms Identifying opportunities to improve processes, controls and efficiencies Providing wider support to the finance function as required We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and quickly become a valued member of the team.
