Location: Norfolk HQ, based near Kings Lynn (with UK travel as required). Due to the location of our client, a driving licence is essential as public transport links are limited.

Atkinson Moss are working with a highly regarded, premium British brand to hire an Affiliate Assistant Manager. Known for its strong identity and continued growth, this is a brilliant opportunity to step into a role where you can genuinely make an impact within a key acquisition channel.
The Opportunity
This position sits within the wider marketing function and will see you take the lead on the UK affiliate channel. You’ll be responsible for driving performance, identifying new growth opportunities and strengthening partnerships across publishers, content platforms and influencers. Working closely with teams across PR, Social, E-commerce and Marketing, you’ll ensure affiliate activity is fully integrated into campaigns, launches and key trading moments.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and evolving the UK affiliate programme to support customer acquisition and revenue growth
- Identifying opportunities to improve performance through commission structures, partner mix and campaign optimisation
- Planning and executing activity around key trading periods, product launches and seasonal peaks
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with a range of partners including media titles, content sites and influencers
- Expanding the affiliate network by bringing on new publishers and emerging creators
- Collaborating with internal teams to align affiliate activity with broader brand and commercial plans
- Monitoring performance, analysing data and providing clear insights to inform decision-making
- Keeping a close eye on competitor activity and trends within the affiliate and wider digital landscape
- Working across key affiliate platforms such as LTK, Linkby, Skimlinks and Awin
About You
- Around 3+ years’ experience in an affiliate-focused role, ideally within a fashion, lifestyle or premium consumer brand
- Experience working with publishers, content platforms or influencer partnerships
- Commercially aware, comfortable managing budgets and working towards performance targets
- Strong relationship management skills with the confidence to negotiate and influence partners
- Data-driven, with the ability to turn performance insights into actionable plans
