Atkinson Landscaping is adding a Field Manager to lead 3-5 crews and manage day-to-day field performance year-round, including winter snow removal. The role reports to the Operations Manager and collaborates with the Schedule Coordinator and Estimator to keep projects on budget and to a high standard.
Approximately 75% of time is spent in the field, driving production, quality, and training, with self-management of time allocation to maximize impact.
