You’ll deliver cost management services across various sectors, including new-build industrial, logistics, and manufacturing projects, working across both pre- and post-contract stages. A well-established, multidisciplinary consultancy operating across the industrial, logistics, manufacturing, and commercial sectors. Known for high-quality, client-focused delivery, a collaborative culture, and clear career progression.
You’ll provide commercial and cost management support from early design through to final account, working closely with clients, contractors, and consultant teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Pre- and post-contract cost management
- Cost planning, budgets, and reporting
- Tendering, procurement, and contract administration
- Valuations, variations, and change control
- Final accounts and financial performance monitoring
- Working under JCT and/or NEC contracts
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
- Experience in consultancy or contractor environment
- Strong knowledge of JCT and/or NEC contracts
- New-build project experience
- Commercially aware, organised, and self-motivated
- Competitive salary (DOE)
