Overview We are looking for a skilled AutoCAD Electrical Design Engineer to join our team in Coventry on a contract basis. You will play a critical role in designing electrical systems for our process equipment, ensuring that all designs meet the required specifications and industry standards. With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality engineering solutions, we are seeking an experienced AutoCAD Electrical Design Engineer to support our upcoming projects. Responsibilities * Develop and modify electrical schematics and layouts using AutoCAD. * Design and implement electrical systems for process equipment installations. * Collaborate with project managers and other engineering teams to ensure designs are integrated seamlessly. * Perform design calculations and select appropriate electrical components. * Ensure all designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and client requirements. Person * Proven experience as an Electrical Design Engineer, with a focus on AutoCAD. * Strong knowledge of electrical design principles and industry standards. * Experience in designing electrical systems for process equipment is highly desirable. * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively within a project-based environment. * Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Remuneration * Competitive hourly rate of £25 – £35, based on experience. * Opportunity to work on exciting projects in a dynamic and growing company. * Flexible contract duration of 3-6 months, with potential for extension. * Position is outside IR35, providing greater take-home pay potential.
