Your role
- Contract Administration of NEC4 contracts (Varying Main Options)
- Budgeting/ forecasting/ risk management/ cost reporting/ payment processing
- Working within a team of professionals delivering cost planning and cost reporting in line with the project programme
- Attending site and doing interim valuations where required
- Assistance assessing final accounts
About you
- Working towards or interested in achieving Chartered status with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors or equivalent
- Qualified to degree level in Quantity Surveying or equivalent by experience
- Good understanding of Health & Safety requirements, relevant training will be provided as part of the induction process
- NEC3 or NEC4 contract experience would be an advantage
