Your role:
- Contract Administration of NEC4 contracts (Varying Main Options)
- Budgeting/forecasting/risk management/cost reporting/payment processing
- Complying/responding with contractual timescales on behalf of the client
- Working within a team of professionals delivering cost planning and cost reporting in line with the project programme
- Liaising with key clients and their stakeholders, continually developing client relationships
- Attending site and doing interim valuations where required
- Assistance assessing final accounts
- To be a good ambassador for your profession
About you:
- Working towards or interested in achieving Chartered status with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors or equivalent
- Qualified to degree level in Quantity Surveying or equivalent by experience
- A courteous manner with a high level of professionalism and team working skills
- Good IT and communication skills
- Knowledge of standard methods of measurement
- Ability to present well with good literacy and numeracy skills
- Good understanding of Health & Safety requirements; relevant training will be provided as part of the induction process
- NEC3 or NEC4 contract experience would be an advantage
