The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 Β£ per year.
Primarily based in our Bury St Edmunds office, there may be some days working from home according to availability of in-office desk space and the requirements of the team youβre working with. Some weeks you may be entirely office based, at other times you may be working from home one to two days a week.

SUMMARY OF ROLE: Provide a welcoming, effective and efficient front-line service to our clients and legal administration support to our fee earners.
DETAILS: Atkins Dellow have a reputation for doing a great job while being friendly and personable, not stuffy or pompous, but absolutely focused on looking after our clients' best interests. We are seeking like-minded individuals to join our team. Although administration skills are required, previous experience in a similar role is not. Ideally, you will be a team player with the ability to work under pressure showing commitment to your colleagues and the Firm in general.
Specific Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Meeting and greeting clients and visitors
- Taking instructions from and on-boarding clients
- Communicating with clients and others to ensure exemplary service is delivered
- Support fee earners on client matters including file administration, drafting standard documentation and correspondence
- Data input, data extraction, filing and document production
- Making appointments and keeping diaries
- Answering and dealing with queries, both face to face and via the telephone
- Assisting in other administrative tasks where required
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Demonstrable relevant experience in a similar client facing environment
- Experience of working in a Law office would be advantageous β particularly in wills/trusts.
- Strong administration skills, well organised and able to multi-task
- Team player with the ability to organise own workload and adapt/prioritise as necessary
- PC proficient especially in Microsoft Office
- Confident, professional, and personable manner

- Your own transport
Job Type: Full time β hours of work are 9.00 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday and up to one Saturday in 6 with the preceding Wednesday off in lieu of any Saturday worked. Own transport is essential as your office location may vary each week.
