SUMMARY OF ROLE Creative role supporting brand consistency, digital content, marketing materials and visual identity across the firm.

ABOUT THE ROLE Working within our Marketing and Business Development team, you will be responsible for creating high‑quality design that reflects our modern, approachable and professional brand with consistency across everything we produce while bringing fresh ideas and creativity to the role. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintaining and developing brand guidelines and design systems to ensure brand consistency as the firm continues to grow across all offices, marketing materials, digital platforms and communications.
  • Designing assets for web, social media, presentations, email campaigns, internal communications, events and print materials including brochures, adverts and event collateral.
  • Managing and updating all branded assets including letterheads, compliment slips, business cards, email signatures, social media graphics, printed brochures, presentation templates, and the design of all client‑facing materials.
  • Working with our Client Care team to monitor stock levels, coordinate replenishment and ensure all offices remain stocked with up‑to‑date branded materials and marketing collateral.
  • Travelling to each of our Suffolk offices at least once a month to review displays and marketing materials, ensuring a consistent client experience across each location.
  • Working with local sponsors and community partners on field board designs, website banners, event adverts and other co‑branded materials.
  • Supporting the ongoing development of our website and intranet.
  • Bringing creative ideas and proactive input to marketing campaigns, events and wider business projects.
  • Supporting the posting of content across social media channels and monitoring activity, engagement and interaction with our brand.
  • Using AI tools where appropriate to improve efficiency, speed and output quality.
  • Supporting the creation and editing of video and podcast content, with video editing skills being advantageous as this area continues to grow across the firm.
  • Keeping up to date with design trends, emerging technologies and best practice across print, digital and social media.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3 – 5 years’ graphic design experience.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating branding, digital and print design work.
  • Confident working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop.
  • Practical experience of WordPress and updating website content.
  • Experience designing for both print and digital channels.
  • A good understanding of UX principles, responsive layouts and digital user journeys.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain brand consistency across multiple offices and platforms.
  • Comfortable managing your own workload, prioritising effectively and working in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with colleagues across different teams and office locations.
  • A proactive and creative mindset, with the confidence to contribute ideas rather than simply execute briefs.
  • An interest in emerging AI design tools and how they can support creative work.
  • Video editing skills would be advantageous as we develop video and podcast content across the firm.
  • Full driving licence and willingness to travel between offices when required.

WORKING ARRANGEMENTS Full‑time hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm. Occasional travel between offices will be required. Own car essential.
