SUMMARY OF ROLE: As Front of House/Client Care you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our office and supporting our legal teams to ensure we continue to provide an excellent service.

DETAILS: We’re looking for a friendly, organised individual/s to join our Bury St Edmunds office full-time or on a job share basis. This role is ideal for candidates based in Bury, Newmarket, Thetford, Stowmarket, Sudbury, or nearby areas in Suffolk and South Norfolk.

About the Role

  • Greeting clients and visitors
  • Ensuring all calls are answered within 5 rings
  • Dealing with all enquiries efficiently, passing them onto the relevant person or taking accurate messages
  • Sorting incoming and outgoing post
  • Scanning and printing documents
  • Going to the Post office and other offices to deliver post/documents
  • Assisting in other administrative tasks when required
  • Making sure the office is fully stocked and making orders in a timely manner
  • Keeping the office looking tidy at all times
  • Liaising with external suppliers
  • Occasionally provide cover at our other Suffolk offices

What we’re looking for: To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Strong administration skills, well organised and able to multi‑task
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Team player with the ability to organise own workload and adapt/prioritise as necessary
  • The ability to work under pressure showing commitment to your colleagues and the Firm in general
  • Confident and professional manner when dealing with clients
  • PC proficient especially in Microsoft Office
  • Full driving licence & own transport is essential for this role

Working arrangements: Full-time hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
