ATK Solutions has an excellent opportunity for you to join our client, an asset management consultancy. Our client requires an experienced Stock Condition Surveyor and Domestic Energy Assessor to deliver surveys in Barnsley.
Key job requirements include:
- Undertaking a variety of Stock Condition and Domestic Energy surveys, investigating building defects and producing life cycle costings
- Liaising with clients and producing a volume of quality survey reports
- Inputting data on-site and at home
We are seeking a Stock Condition Surveyor and Domestic Energy Assessor with excellent personal and communication skills. You must be an experienced Stock Condition Surveyor or Domestic Energy Assessor to be successful with your application.
Per Survey rates on offer and a 12-month fixed contract:
- House Stock Condition only: 23.80
- Flat Stock Condition only: 19.55
- House Stock Condition and EPC: 50.15
- Flat Stock Condition and EPC: 45.90
- Block: 23.80
- EPC: 26.35
