Our client is a smaller SME business and not a large consultancy, which is a perfect opportunity for an individual who is seeking a role with flexible working and wants to manage themselves and a week-to-week basis.

Salary is negotiable depending on experience from £55,000 p/a up to £70,000 p/a. This package also includes a private healthcare scheme, a pension scheme, a company car or allowance, and extensive CPD.

You will be delivering complex fire risk assessments for a wide variety of sectors, including Healthcare, Retail and Commercial, Industrial, Residential Housing and Landlords, and Education.

As a competent and qualified Fire Risk Assessor, you must have extensive knowledge of Fire Risk Assessments, Fire Door Surveys, and Fire Compartmentation Surveys.
