This is an opportunity for a Senior Fire Risk Consultant looking to develop their skills with a company that provides expertise and tailored solutions. Salary is negotiable depending on experience from £55,000 p/a up to £65,000 p/a plus £60k OTE. This package also includes a private healthcare scheme, a pension scheme, a company car or allowance, and extensive CPD.
You will also have the opportunity to start supervising a team of Fire Risk Assessors and enhance your validation experience. You will manage your own diary and clients; the role will be home-based, covering sites in the Home Counties and London, with occasional site visits and meetings with clients.
You will be delivering complex fire risk assessments on live construction sites for office blocks, residential blocks, schools, and hospitals, working alongside dedicated professionals and on prestigious and diverse property portfolios with an opportunity to learn and grow daily. Ideally, as a competent Fire Risk Assessor, you will have had experience and knowledge of delivering construction site fire risk assessments; however, our client would be keen to speak with all applicants with the right credentials.
