We are currently working with a specialist and highly regarded fire & fire engineering consultancy seeking an experienced Fire Surveyor from a building surveying, surveying, façade inspection, or passive fire protection background. This position is a Fire Consultant role and offers the opportunity to work on technically challenging fire remediation and fire projects across complex residential, commercial, hotel, healthcare, and education developments throughout the UK.
The Role:
- Deliver technical fire surveying projects across existing and occupied buildings.
- Review construction details, building defects, and fire safety compliance issues within complex buildings.
- Work alongside Fire Engineers on complex fire engineering solutions and building safety strategies.
- Liaise with contractors, developers, housing providers, consultants, and clients regarding remediation solutions and compliance matters.
- Support quality assurance inspections during remediation works and sign-off stages.
- Opportunity to train and develop into Senior surveying and retrospective fire strategy consultancy if desired.
- Deliver technical and rewarding projects.
