Fire Engineer | Global Fire Engineering Company, worldwide offices | High-Level Technical Advisory | CEng on Offer
ATK Solutions is working for a global Fire Engineering company with offices in the UK, Italy, France, Germany, Sweden, Spain, and Australia.
This role is highly technical; you will play a pivotal role in delivering expert guidance. Your extensive knowledge in fire engineering and technical due diligence will be essential in ensuring compliance with applicable legislation and design guidance. You will also be able to work closely with their chartered Fire Engineers, and an optional CEng status is on offer.
You will have the opportunity to work on a range of projects, including modern residential, sustainable property developments, eco-friendly offices, state-of-the-art educational projects, multifaceted commercial projects, spacious hospitality, versatile student accommodation, and dynamic retail projects.
About the role:-
- Deliver their services as a subject matter expert in fire engineering
- Conduct comprehensive technical due diligence activities
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of fire safety, fire engineering design, and building safety principles
- Review and assess the adequacy and effectiveness of installation and remediation works carried out onsite, ensuring compliance with fire safety and building safety requirements
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of applicable legislation and design guidance related to fire safety and building safety
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of technical advice and solutions
- Prepare and deliver detailed technical reports, documentation, and presentations to effectively communicate findings, recommendations, and progress to clients and stakeholders
- Advise on Fire Engineering design solutions and measures in buildings
