Our client is a growing contractor delivering major projects across residential, commercial, social housing, and public sector environments. Their portfolio includes multi-million-pound new build developments, large-scale refurbishments, commercial buildings, and specialist construction projects across the UK. This position offers the opportunity to operate with genuine autonomy, leading your own region, projects, and commercial performance as if running a business within a business. You will have full accountability for delivery, operational success, client relationships, and financial performance, whilst being supported by an established infrastructure, technical teams, and wider business support functions.

This role would suit an experienced construction professional with a proven background delivering large-scale projects across any major construction sector. The scale, complexity, and delivery experience of the projects are considered more important than the specific sector background.
