We are currently working with a specialist and highly regarded fire & fire engineering consultancy seeking an experienced Fire Surveyor from a building surveying, surveying, façade inspection, or passive fire protection background.
This position is a Fire Consultant role and offers the opportunity to work on technically challenging fire remediation andfire projects across complex residential, commercial, hotel, healthcare, and education developments throughout the UK.
The Role:
- Deliver technical fire surveying projects across existing and occupied buildings
- Review construction details, building defects, and fire safety compliance issues within complex buildings
- Work alongside Fire Engineers on complex fire engineering solutions and building safety strategies
- Liaise with contractors, developers, housing providers, consultants, and clients regarding remediation solutions and compliance matters
- Support quality assurance inspections during remediation works and sign-off stages
- Opportunity to train and develop into Senior surveying and retrospective fire strategy consultancy if desired
- Deliver technical and rewarding projects Extensive benefits package available:-
