The Role
You’ll take ownership of a specialist market, building your client portfolio and developing the knowledge, network and credibility to shape its growth.
You’ll be responsible for:
* Building your client portfolio by identifying organisations where Ativo can add genuine value.
* Exploring opportunities to work with new clients, from ambitious start-ups and growing businesses to established global enterprises.
* Developing existing accounts through strong delivery, greater understanding and continued client engagement.
* Working closely with decision-makers to understand their organisations, growth plans and evolving talent needs.
* Building specialist candidate networks and creating opportunities that reflect individual ambitions as well as client requirements.
* Managing the recruitment process from initial conversation through to successful placement and ongoing support.
* Staying close to the technologies, skills and developments shaping your market.
* Sharing insight, knowledge and opportunities across the wider Ativo team.
