Overview
Atitlan Asset Management, a UK-based wealth manager specialising in crypto-quantitative trading strategies, is seeking an experienced Investment Relations & Business Operations Lead to join our team. With an 8-year track record in multi-strategy trading and the launch of a new bitcoin-denominated multi-strategy fund, we are at the forefront of crypto algo trading, active since 2017.

A proactive, adaptable, and organised professional who enjoys wearing many hats. You’re comfortable working with investors, portfolio companies, and internal teams, while supporting business development, operations, and banking tasks. Detail-oriented yet entrepreneurial, you can manage data, tasks, and relationships with ease. You thrive in dynamic environments, eager to learn, grow, and take ownership in a role with broad exposure and real impact.
Qualifications
- Strong organisational and business operations management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in London

- Understanding the hedge fund and crypto ecosystem
- Relevant experience in the investment or finance industry
You will be responsible for
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors and portfolio funds
- Support business development through research, outreach, and stakeholders engagement
- Manage banking and exchange operations, including payroll, payments, UK accounts, and bookkeeping
- Oversee data room organisation, documentation, and file management
- Coordinate daily operations, task management, and office administration
- Support marketing efforts through activities like coordinating events and managing LinkedIn content
