We are looking for experienced Heads of Site to join atis and help us on our mission to create a food company that is different from any other healthy food concept in town.
You’ll thrive here if you have / are:
- Minimum 3–4 years’ experience managing a team of 15+, ideally in a high-volume fast casual or takeaway environment
- You bring positive energy and a sense of fun - the kind that sets the culture, energises the whole team and makes atis a place people love to work
- You show up - for your people, your site and the business, owning the full operation and going above and beyond to make it exceptional
- You obsess over quality - meticulous attention to detail and superb organisational skills, ensuring your site runs at the highest standard every day

- You communicate clearly, openly, directly, and always with kindness. You take accountability and hold your team to the same standard - we have no time for blame culture
