About atis:

We’re a fast-growing food brand with big ambitions and bold ideas. Our mission is to bring real, nourishing, vibrant food to people in a way that feels fresh, modern and full of energy. We don’t do beige. We do colour, creativity, culture – and we’re building a brand that reflects that.

Every day, we make powerful food that’s full of flavour, full of colour and full of intention. Real food, done really well – all served fast, in vibrant spaces that move with the rhythm of city life. We’re here to transform people’s health and fuel better days. We are building a community that celebrates good food, good people and good energy – unapologetically.

About the role:

We have some incredibly exciting and career defining launches planned for this year. This is an amazing opportunity to be at the heart of it all! As Project Manager, you will be responsible for bringing atis’ growth plans to life through seamless execution of major operational projects, with a great focus on product launches and store openings. This role ensures that every launch is delivered on time, on budget and to the highest operational and brand standards.

You will be working with a fantastic team of motivated, fun and down to earth people, who are passionate about what we do! This role sits at the centre of Product, Operations, Commercial, Training and Marketing, acting as the driving force behind coordinated, high-impact launches. From initial planning through to post-launch performance, you will ensure every detail is aligned, every team is ready, and every opening lands with energy, precision and consistency.

Typical work includes:

  • End-to-end ownership of all product launches: seasonal menu launches, collaborations, activations, new category launches, new store openings
  • Building and managing detailed project timelines across all departments
  • Coordinating cross-functional teams (Ops, Product, Marketing, Brand, Supply, L&D) to ensure alignment and accountability
  • Leading project meetings, tracking progress and proactively managing risks and dependencies
  • Ensuring all sites are operationally ready for launch (people, product, systems, training, compliance)
  • Acting as the central point of communication across all stakeholders
  • Supporting site teams during pre-opening and launch periods on the ground
  • Ensuring launches are delivered on time and to brand standards
  • Creating and refining launch playbooks, checklists and scalable processes
  • Driving post launch reviews, capturing learnings and continuously improving execution
  • Supporting strategic initiatives that improve operational efficiency and scalability

Skills/Experience:

  • Experience in multi-site food businesses, ideally 8-30+ sites (QSR, fast casual, casual dining, premium cafe groups)
  • Proven experience managing complex, cross functional projects or site launches
  • Strong organisational and project management skills with attention to detail
  • Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders across different functions
  • Comfortable working in fast paced, high growth environments
  • Strong understanding of operational readiness for launches & openings
  • Commercial awareness
  • Experience creating project plans, trackers, scalable processes
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Hands-on approach, willing to be onsite and in the details when needed
  • Experience supporting or leading multiple site openings is highly desirable

Mindset:

You're highly organised, proactive and solution-focused. You thrive in complexity and bring clarity where others see noise. You take ownership end-to-end and are relentless about delivering things properly, not just getting them done. You are calm under pressure, detail-oriented without losing sight of the bigger picture, and you naturally bring structure and momentum to everything you do. A natural collaborator, you enjoy working across teams and know how to bring people with you. You care about the outcome, the process and the people involved in getting there.

Why atis:

  • We’re building a bold, flavour-first brand that is pioneering healthy, fast-casual food
  • You’ll have real ownership and the opportunity to shape how we launch and scale
  • Work with a growing, ambitious team that cares deeply about food and people
  • We move quickly, trust generously and back big ideas
  • Lots of real, bold food to fuel your ideas
  • We value down-to-earth, passionate people who like to have fun and adopt a light-hearted approach, even when you're spinning 100 plates at once. No internal politics and weird dynamics here! Just honest, direct communication with care, consideration and the right intention.

What we offer you:

  • Weekly travel card Zones 1-2
  • Annual salary reviews
  • 25 paid holiday days + 8 days bank holidays
  • Paid day of community/charity work – 1 day per year
  • Working From Away (WFA) - 1 week per year working from away after a minimum tenure of 1 year service
  • Sabbatical - a sabbatical of 4 weeks after 3 years of service
  • Cycle to Work scheme
  • Employee Assistance Program
  • Pension scheme (3% employer contribution + 5% employee contribution)
  • Frequent social events, head office and company-wide
  • Free atis for lunch or dinner, plus a 50% discount for anything on top of this
  • Discount codes for friends and family
  • Free atis merchandise (cap; tee; tote)
