We are looking for an experienced and driven Front of House Supervisor to join atis - someone who doesn't just keep things running, but raises the standard for everyone around them. This is a role for people who take real ownership of their shift, their team, and the guest experience. What you'll be doing:

  • Leading and motivating your team through high-volume service - staying calm, decisive and positive when it counts.
  • Coaching team members in the moment; spotting gaps, giving feedback, and actively developing people's skills.
  • Taking full accountability for the shift - standards, pace, guest experience, and operational performance.
  • Handling customer feedback and on-shift challenges with composure and good judgement.
  • Communicating clearly and confidently with both your team and with management.
  • Ensuring food safety, hygiene and atis standards are upheld at all times.
  • Being the go-to person your team can rely on - leading by example in everything you do.
  • Supporting the management team with stock taking, stock control and the ordering of stock.
