Kitchen Manager – £15.70 per hour + average £3/hour bonus!
Equivalent to up to £38,900 per year (based on 40 hours/week)
Location: London | Full-time | 40 hours per week (daytime hours only, with one evening per week and occasional weekend availability)

What we’re looking for in our Kitchen Managers:
- Friendly, approachable individuals who take pride in their work.
- At least 2 years\’ experience in a leadership role within a professional kitchen, ideally in fast-paced, high-volume environments (but attitude matters more than anything!)
- A team player who stays calm under pressure and supports those around them.
- A passion for creating wholesome, delicious food!
- Someone who enjoys developing and collaborating with others and leads with patience and empathy.
- A growth mindset, always looking to improve!
- Detail-oriented, especially when it comes to food quality, safety and kitchen operations.
- Confident in identifying challenges and solving them efficiently in even the busiest moments!
