Our dream Kitchen Managers are / have:
- Friendly, nice people who take their work seriously!
- At least 2 years experience in a leadership role in a professional restaurant, ideally with a fast-paced and high-volume kitchen. Although it is more important to have the right attitude and get stuck in fast!
- A positive attitude and an ability to work well as part of a team, particularly when under pressure.
- Great personality - patient, understanding and with a passion for developing leaders around you.
- A passion for creating good, healthy food.
- People who want to grow their careers and learn more!
- A focus on constant growth and improvement.
- Attention to Detail: Ensuring that every ingredient meets the restaurant's standards and that kitchen protocols are followed meticulously.
