atis is seeking experienced Heads of Site to lead busy London stores and help shape a vibrant, people-focused food concept. You will own daily operations, coach a 15+ person team and uphold high standards across service, quality and guest experience.
The role offers a base of £44k–£48k with an annual bonus up to £22k, 40 hours a week, Monday–Friday daytime plus one evening and one weekend day per month, and a supportive culture focused on kindness and development.
