Our Customer is seeking an experienced Telecom Sales Professional with deep expertise in Communications Platform as a Service (CPaaS). The ideal candidate will have 15–20 years of experience driving strategic sales, building strong client relationships, and delivering innovative communication solutions that enable digital transformation. This role focuses on enterprise accounts across sectors, including Retail, Logistics, Transportation, BFSI, and HLS.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive CPaaS solution sales to enterprise clients across Retail, Logistics, Transportation, BFSI, and HLS.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the customer landscape.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market share across Europe.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Understand client business challenges and position CPaaS solutions to deliver measurable value.
- Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to design tailored solutions.
- Stay updated on AI and emerging technology trends and their impact on CPaaS solutions.
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Act as a trusted advisor for clients on digital communication strategies.

Required Qualifications & Skills
