Responsibilities

• Expertise in L2/L3 IP protocols i.e. HSRP, OSPF, BGP, MPLS and VRF.
• Should have expertise in understanding of the multi-vendor/technology environment specialized in Viptela SD-WAN.
• Should have knowledge of configuration and troubleshooting of IP protocols and hardware platform.
• Good understanding of Data Center infrastructure and Branch/Headquarter connectivity.
• Expertise knowledge of Routing and switching.
• Troubleshooting expert of network related issues, Sound understanding of troubleshooting tools like Wireshark and can-do packet analysis in deployment SD-WAN & SD-Access.
• Interaction with Customer and Understanding customer network and Services Delivery requirement is must.
• Should be flexible to support 24/7.
• Should have knowledge of Vulnerability Management, Lifecycle Management.
• Providing break fix for ongoing issues with P1 and critical Incidents.

Qualifications

• CCNP- ENCOR Certified or CCIE Enterprise Infrastructure.
• Good to have Cisco ENSDENG certification.

Required Skills

Expertise in L2/L3 IP protocols, troubleshooting, and customer interaction.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of Viptela SD-WAN and Cisco ENSDENG certification.
