The Head of Growth is responsible for helping Athr expand across Discord, Minecraft, esports, and wider online communities. This role focuses on bringing new people, partners, and opportunities into the network through advertising, partnerships, collaborations, merges, and outreach.
You will oversee growth strategies, manage partnership opportunities, support recruitment advertising, and work with other departments to make sure Athr is being promoted professionally and effectively.
This is a senior management role that requires strong communication, planning, professionalism, and the ability to represent Athr well externally.
Responsibilities
- Manage Discord partnerships and external community relationships.
- Help advertise Athr, IRIS, Incursio, Livida, and other projects.
- Find and handle merge or acquisition opportunities.
- Create and improve growth strategies for Athr communities.
- Work with Community, HR, Minecraft Operations, and Leadership.
- Support staff recruitment advertising where needed.
- Track what growth methods are working and suggest improvements.
- Represent Athr professionally when speaking to external servers or partners.
