Currently we have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager (Registered Nurse) to lead a specialist post-acute neurological rehabilitation service supporting adults with complex neurological and physical needs.

Salary: £70,000

Position: Registered Manager (Registered Nurse)

Hours: Full Time – 37.5 hours per week

Setting: Specialist Neurological Rehabilitation

Location: Birmingham

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Provide clinical and operational leadership across the service
  • Act as CQC Registered Manager ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Lead quality, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Manage and develop nursing and multidisciplinary teams
  • Ensure safe delivery of complex neurological nursing care
  • Oversee staffing, budgets, and workforce planning
  • Promote person-centred, evidence-based rehabilitation

For this role, we’re looking for someone who has:

  • Registered Nurse qualification with active NMC registration
  • Experience managing complex care or specialist services
  • Strong understanding of CQC regulations and governance
  • Proven leadership and people management skills
  • Commitment to person-centred rehabilitation
