We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced leader to play a pivotal role in launching a brand-new residential service supporting adults with addiction and complex needs, as part of a wider healthcare organisation. This is a unique opportunity to shape a service from the ground up, helping to establish the culture, team, and standards from day one. Working within a therapeutic, recovery-focused environment, you will lead the development of a high-quality residential service while building strong relationships with commissioners, local authorities, and external stakeholders.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Lead the day-to-day operation of a residential recovery service
  • Recruit, develop and lead a high-performing multidisciplinary team
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, safeguarding and quality standards
  • Build relationships with commissioners, referrers and external stakeholders
  • Manage staffing, budgets and operational performance targets
  • Promote a positive, recovery-focused and therapeutic service culture
