We have an excellent permanent job opportunity for a Rehabilitation Consultant working for a private secure service based in Nottingham.
Salary: £154,000 per annum + £8,400 car allowance
Position: Rehabilitation Consultant Psychiatrist
Hours: Full time – 37.5 hours per week
Setting: 18 inpatients across the level 2 rehab and acute wards
Location: Nottingham
Responsibilities:
- Management of complex cases
- Formulating care plans and treatments for individual needs of service users
- Guiding on evidence-based treatment and effectiveness

Qualifications:
- MBBS or equivalent medical qualification
- Full GMC registration with licence to practice
- MRCPsych or MRCPsych equivalent approved by the Royal College of Psychiatrists
- Ability to take full and independent responsibility for clinical care of patients
- To hold Section 12(2) approval to work in England and Approved clinician status
- Experience in General Adult settings and working in a multidisciplinary team
- Experience within acute inpatient or community settings, ideally inpatient settings
- Experience in risk assessment and risk management
