Currently, we have an excellent opportunity for a Staff Mental Health Nurse to join our clients team, providing high-quality care and support to patients with acute mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Providing high-quality care for patients with acute mental health needs.
- Contributing to the development and implementation of care plans.
- Monitoring and managing patients’ progress and adjusting care as necessary.
- Administering medications as per prescribed plans and guidelines.
- Providing therapeutic support and ensuring patient safety at all times.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team including doctors, therapists, and support workers.
- Delivering patient assessments and ensuring accurate clinical documentation.
- Promoting a positive and supportive environment for both patients and colleagues.
- Supporting the development of junior staff and nursing students.
- Participating in continuous professional development opportunities.
For this role, we’re looking for someone who has:
- Valid NMC Registration as RNLD or RMN.
- Evidence of post-registration continuing professional development.
- Knowledge of NMC standards, the Mental Health Act, and Code of Practice.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A positive attitude and commitment to high-quality care and improvement.
