Currently we have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager (Registered Nurse) to lead a specialist post-acute neurological rehabilitation service supporting adults with complex neurological and physical needs.
Salary: £70,000
Position: Registered Manager (Registered Nurse)
Hours: Full Time - 37.5 hours per week
Setting: Specialist Neurological Rehabilitation
Location: Birmingham
Key responsibilities
- Provide clinical and operational leadership across the service
- Act as CQC Registered Manager ensuring regulatory compliance
- Lead quality, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage and develop nursing and multidisciplinary teams
- Ensure safe delivery of complex neurological nursing care
- Oversee staffing, budgets, and workforce planning
- Promote person-centred, evidence-based rehabilitation
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse qualification with active NMC registration
