Job DescriptionWe have an excellent opportunity for an Emergency Response Coordinator to join our global operations team. In this fastâpaced, shiftâbased role, youâll be responsible for coordinating responses to critical incidents and acting as the key point of contact during realâtime emergencies. You will have the chance to manage cases, collaborate with multiâagency teams, and ensure seamless communication during global incidents.
Salary: ÂŁ30,000 starting with annual ÂŁ2,500 increases
Position: Emergency Response Coordinator
Hours: 6 on / 6 off (3 days, 3 nights â 12 hour shifts)
Setting: Global Assistance (Medical, Travel, Security etc)
Location: Farringdon, London
Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for global emergency incidents (medical, security, travel)
Coordinate responses to urgent cases across multiple international agencies and service providers
Monitor global events, identifying potential risks and emerging threats
Manage and document cases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with operational standards
Liaise with internal teams and thirdâparty providers to ensure efficient case management
Support escalation and decisionâmaking during critical incidents
Contribute to the planning and execution of responses to major events
Qualifications
Experience in operations, control room, or emergency response environments, with a focus on global coordination
Strong communication skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure and make informed decisions
Excellent organisational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities during shifts
Ability to work autonomously in a highâpressure, fastâpaced environment
