Currently we have an excellent opportunity for an Emergency Response Coordinator to join a global operations centre supporting clients during medical, security and travel-related incidents. This is a fast-paced, shift-based role where you will coordinate responses, manage cases and act as a key point of contact during live situations.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Act as first point of contact for client emergencies
- Coordinate response to medical, security and travel incidents
- Monitor global events and identify emerging risks
- Manage cases and maintain accurate system records
- Liaise with third-party providers and internal teams
- Support escalation and decision-making during critical incidents
- Contribute to planning during major response events
For this role, we’re looking for someone who has:
- Experience within operations, control room or emergency response environments
- Strong communication and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently on shift
- Ideally medically qualified with professional registration such as HCPC
