Currently we have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Deputy Manager to join a luxury, values-led care home in Chelmsford. Hours: Full Time 40 hours per week

- Support the General Manager in delivering outstanding person-centred care.
- Lead, coach and develop multidisciplinary teams across the home.
