Job Description
Currently we have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Deputy Manager to join a luxury, values-led care home in Chelmsford.

- Position: Deputy Manager
- Setting: Luxury Nursing, Residential & Dementia Care Home
- Your key responsibilities will include;
- Support the General Manager in delivering outstanding person-centred care.
- Lead, coach and develop multidisciplinary teams across the home.
- Maintain compliance with CQC standards and internal quality audits.
- Build positive relationships with residents and their families.
- Support occupancy growth through exceptional resident experiences.
- Manage staffing, rotas and departmental budgets effectively.
- Champion a culture where every resident feels valued and respected.
- For this role, we’re looking for someone who has;
- Previous leadership experience within elderly care services.
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and clinical governance.
- Passion for delivering exceptional person-centred care.
- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
