Job Description

Currently we have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Deputy Manager to join a luxury, values-led care home in Chelmsford.

  • Position: Deputy Manager
  • Setting: Luxury Nursing, Residential & Dementia Care Home
  • Your key responsibilities will include;
  • Support the General Manager in delivering outstanding person-centred care.
  • Lead, coach and develop multidisciplinary teams across the home.
  • Maintain compliance with CQC standards and internal quality audits.
  • Build positive relationships with residents and their families.
  • Support occupancy growth through exceptional resident experiences.
  • Manage staffing, rotas and departmental budgets effectively.
  • Champion a culture where every resident feels valued and respected.
  • For this role, we’re looking for someone who has;
  • Previous leadership experience within elderly care services.
  • Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and clinical governance.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional person-centred care.
  • Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
