We are a specialist education recruitment agency working with a successful secondary school in Essex. We are currently recruiting for a Computer Science Teacher to join a supportive school in the Chelmsford area on a full-time, long-term basis from Easter until July.
The ideal candidate would be a fully qualified teacher seeking a new opportunity, although experienced instructors or unqualified teachers with strong Computer Science experience will also be considered.
The successful Computer Science Teacher will join an established department, delivering high-quality Computer Science lessons across Key Stages 4 and 5. You will work closely with the Head of Department and senior leadership team while maintaining high standards of teaching, learning and behaviour throughout the school.
This role has full teaching responsibilities, including planning, preparation, marking and assessment. You will deliver the UK Computer Science curriculum to the highest standards, creating engaging, challenging and differentiated lessons that promote strong student progress.
The role requires effective communication with senior leaders, colleagues and support staff, while consistently adhering to professional teaching standards and safeguarding guidelines.
